April 15th is often a sad day, at least in America. It is the day we have to finally stop delaying and actually pay the US Government the money we owe them from the previous year. This year, I'm hoping to make April 15th a little bit better for everyone by announcing the public availability of a new freeware product Virtualization EcoShell™. I'm not talking "Free for 30 days and then we're going to rip 80% of the features away". I'm not talking "Free....for only a few ESX Servers". I'm talking 100% completely free of charge regardless of the size of your environment. How's that for an April 15th surprise?
I'll be in Orlando, Florida for the VMware Partner Exchange Tuesday the 14th and Wednesday the 15th to demo and announce the new and unique capabilities in what I have built to be THE "Power Toolkit" for virtualization administration. For all of the North and South American partners heading to Orlando, make sure you stop by the Vizioncore booth to find out more and get some great demos. I'll also be doing a presentation with Vizioncore's Director of Strategic Alliances, George Pradel on Wednesday, which is going to just be a fun presentation from two guys who have been in virtualization for a long time. Also make sure you check out www.thvesi.org between now and April 15th as we update the site in preparation for the product launch with new How-To videos and content. We are also looking to schedule some webinars towards the end of April or beginning of May, so make sure you keep your eye on www.thevesi.org for more details!
